Ingredients

1 pint strawberries, sliced or diced
1 pint blueberries
2 mangoes, diced (pineapple or peaches can be substituted)
1/2 red onion, minced finely
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Fredericksburg Farms Orange Chipotle Grilling Glaze

Instructions

Rinse fruit and pat dry.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve and enjoy with chips or over pork or chicken. Also great on mahi-mahi. (Can be made up to 1 day in advance).
