Our Honey Red Grilling Glaze is a great alternative to ho-hum meatballs.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds ground round or chuck
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup herb stuffing, mashed
  • 4 teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • butter for browning
  • 1 bottle Fredericksburg Farms Honey Red Grilling Glaze
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients, form into 1-inch meatballs and brown in butter until done on all sides.
  2. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  3. Combine Fredericksburg Farms Honey Red Grilling Glaze and pineapple in large pan and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add meatballs and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
