Layered Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 can 16 oz. Black Bean Dip
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/3 jar Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa
  • 2 peeled, seeded and mashed avacados
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 3 diced green onions
  • 6 slices fried and crumbled bacon
  • 1 can chopped ripe black olives
Instructions
  • Use a 9 inch casserole dish.
  • Spread the black bean dip evenly over the bottom of a dish.
  • Mix sour cream with Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa and spread evenly over the bean dip.
  • Mix the avacados with lemon juice and spread evenly over the sour cream.
  • Mix the two cheeses and sprinkle evenly.
  • Sprinkle tomato, onions, bacon, and olives.
  • Chill for two hours.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
