Layered Dip

Ingredients

1 can 16 oz. Black Bean Dip
- 8 oz. sour cream

1/3 jar Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa
- 2 peeled, seeded and mashed avacados

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 large chopped tomato

- 6 slices fried and crumbled bacon
- 1 can chopped ripe black olives

Instructions
- Use a 9 inch casserole dish.

Spread the black bean dip evenly over the bottom of a dish.
- Mix sour cream with Fredericksburg Farms Watershed Ranch Roasted Chipotle Salsa and spread evenly over the bean dip.
- Mix the avacados with lemon juice and spread evenly over the sour cream.
- Mix the two cheeses and sprinkle evenly.
- Sprinkle tomato, onions, bacon, and olives.
- Chill for two hours.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
