
Our Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce is a great complement to chicken with this quick meal!

Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 1/2 chicken breasts
- 1 T. Char Crust
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese
- 4 T. Fredericksburg Farms Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In an ovenproof skillet, saute onions in oil until lightly golden, salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the pan and set aside.
- Gently sprinkle the 1/2 breasts wit the Char Crust, then the salt.
- Saute breasts for two minutes on each side.
- Combine cheeses and cilantro.
- Spread one tablesppon of Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce on each breast
- . Divide evenly the sauteed onions between breasts, followed by the cheese/cilantro mixture.
- Bake for seven minutes.
