Our Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce is a great complement to chicken with this quick meal!

Ingredients
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 1 T. Char Crust
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 T. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese
  • 4 T. Fredericksburg Farms Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In an ovenproof skillet, saute onions in oil until lightly golden, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Remove the pan and set aside.
  4. Gently sprinkle the 1/2 breasts wit the Char Crust, then the salt.
  5. Saute breasts for two minutes on each side.
  6. Combine cheeses and cilantro.
  7. Spread one tablesppon of Peach Pecan BBQ Sauce on each breast
  8. . Divide evenly the sauteed onions between breasts, followed by the cheese/cilantro mixture.
  9. Bake for seven minutes.
