4 chicken breasts
Favorite dry rub like Hen Scratch Poultry Rub
2 Tbsp. canola oil

4 Tbsp. Fredericksburg Farms South Texas Mesquite Bar-B-Q Sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Heat canola oil in an ovenproof pan and sear breasts 2 minutes on each side. Brush with South Texas Mesquite Bar-B-Q Sauce and place pan in the oven for five minutes. Serve with additional South Texas Mesquite Bar-B-Q Sauce if desired.
